This is a compact variety of the classic romaine lettuce. Romaine is known for its great crunch and broad large leaves. Our romaine has the same great crunch but a compact leaf size, and a dense flavor.

One head of lettuce is at least 3 oz. If the head is under weight, then multiple will be included in the bag.

Delivery or Pickup

Produce is harvested every Friday.

You can pick up your order at our farm in Huntsville. We are also currently offering delivery to customers in Huntsville for a small additional fee.

Delicious and crunchy

The romaine was delicious. It was crisp like romaine should be with good flavor and the small size of the leaves worked great for the salad I made.

Yup we cooked it

We love using this Romain instead of spinich in our recipes. Chicken, white cream sauce and the bag of Romain makes the fest dinner
